Do I need a different cleaned file for every platform?
For ordinary file-metadata cleanup, the same cleaned copy can be reused where appropriate.
Does this remove every way a platform can recognize an image?
No. Metadata cleanup does not necessarily remove pixel fingerprints or external classification signals.
