See whether the file carries EXIF, GPS, XMP, C2PA or AI-related signals, then download a cleaner and smaller copy.
Cameras, editors and AI tools can write information into EXIF, XMP or C2PA structures. MediaClean reads what it recognizes, then re-encodes the visible pixels into a new file.

See EXIF, GPS, software, XMP, C2PA and AI-related indicators when present.
After cleanup, see the new size, format and a second signal scan.
Each page uses the same scan and cleanup engine while targeting a specific task.

No. We clean file-level metadata and show signals we can read. X decides its own labels and can rely on other signals.
Core inspection and re-encoding happen in the browser for supported images.
If transparency is not needed, we use compressed JPEG for a smaller file. When transparency exists, WebP keeps it with better compression.
Those are different from EXIF and XMP. The metadata cleaner does not claim to remove signals embedded in pixels.
